The PACE Model of Care

LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) is Alabama's name for the national PACE (Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. Both refer to the same model of care. Our team provides health care, daily support, and help for families through one coordinated team at the LIFE Center, supporting older adults at home.
